For this assignment, we added a soft focus effect. First, we turned on the convert for smart filters option, and then we applied the blur gaussian filter effect. Then we changed the layer options from normal to screen, and the whole picture lighted up. Then, we used the brush tool to brush out certain points to make them stand out, everything except the skin.
